-Make a detailed schedule of the day

-Confirm delivery time with all vendors (cake, florist, rentals)

-Prepare final payments and cash tips for service providers requiring payment on the wedding day, and assign a family member or friend the task of delivering payment

-Designate someone to collect and deliver gifts and presentation envelopes to a safe or predetermined location

-Determine any special tasks that need to be assigned to attendants, and collect any info they may need

-Write toasts for rehearsal dinner and wedding reception

-Have rehearsal; give gifts to wedding party if you haven’t already done so

-Exchange gifts with groom

-Pack for the honeymoon
